]]> United Way of Central Kentucky is recruiting community volunteers to replenish Backpack Program bags for the Give a Day for Hunger event beginning on Tuesday, October 11th and ending on Saturday, October 15th at Feeding America’s Volunteer Center, located at 300 Peterson Drive in Elizabethtown.

This volunteer event is appropriate for even the kiddos– ages 5+ with parent supervision. 

**In order to make sure we have enough space and work for everyone to do, businesses, schools, churches, and larger groups are encouraged to volunteer during the week while families and individuals are encouraged to volunteer on Saturday. However, please pick whichever date works best for you!
