2020 Winter Gala!
Just a reminder of the fun times we were having back in February at our 4th Annual Chamber of Commerce Winter Gala. This 1920’s themed event was enjoyed by over 250 plus and would not have been possible without the hospitality of FreshStart Farms and the generosity of our many sponsors including: Nall’s Specialized Hauling, LaRue-Carey Insurance, Lewis Auction Company, Hometown Wireless, Servpro of Hardin & LaRue Counties, Santek Waste Management, Phelps Heating & Cooling, McDonald’s of Hodgenville & LaRue Family Medical.

will be giving away hotdogs, chips, drinks and cookies from 5:45 pm to 8:45 pm
or until supplies last. The Chamber Scavenger hunt starts at 5:45 pm, stop by
the Chamber office to participate. Your $23 donation will be donated to LaRue
County Relay for Life! Each participant will have their name entered into a
drawing for a “Summer Fun Box”!
ARTGYPSY will be sponsoring RACHEL’S FACE PAINTING just around the
corner at 107 West Main Street. Get your face painted for tips only!

Light Up Hodgnville
The City of Hodgenville and LaRue County Chamber of Commerce
invites you to Light Up Hodgenville on Friday, December 1st
from 5:00-7:00 pm
Free carriages rides, free face painting, a live nativity,
free hot chocolate and cookies from 5:00-7:00 pm
The Light Up ceremony will take place at 6:00 pm with live
music, story time with Mrs. Angela, greetings from community
leaders, lighting of the Christmas tree and the arrival of
Santa Claus.
Give A Day for Hunger
United Way of Central Kentucky is recruiting community volunteers to replenish Backpack Program bags for the Give a Day for Hunger event beginning on Tuesday, October 11th and ending on Saturday, October 15th at Feeding America’s Volunteer Center, located at 300 Peterson Drive in Elizabethtown.
This volunteer event is appropriate for even the kiddos– ages 5+ with parent supervision.
**In order to make sure we have enough space and work for everyone to do, businesses, schools, churches, and larger groups are encouraged to volunteer during the week while families and individuals are encouraged to volunteer on Saturday. However, please pick whichever date works best for you!
