2014-2015 CHAMBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS The successes of the Chamber of Commerce would not be possible without our board of directors who are tireless advocates promoting our mission as a chamber and supporting our community in countless ways. STATE FAIR Summer has us gearing up to promote Hodgenville/LaRue County at the 2014 Kentucky State Fair, August 14th-24th. We are currently making plans and recruiting volunteers for our Pride of the Counties booth. This year volunteers will be given free admission to the fair and free parking and t-shirts to wear while they are promoting our great county! We are the proud Birthplace of Lincoln! We are excited to share with visitors Hodgenville’s #3 ranking by the Safe Wise Report releasing its “50 Safest Cities in Kentucky” and promote our 2014 Best in Kentucky from Kentucky Living Magazine for Paula’s Hot Biscuit, voted best non franchise restaurant, and Lincoln Days Festival, voted best annual festival (non-music). It is a great time to promote LaRue County to visitors from all over Kentucky and other places. If you would like to volunteer, please contact me at the office by August 1st.
